Monthly Membership Meeting

This meeting is the last meeting before the summer and will be IN PERSON. We hope to also provide this meeting via ZOOM barring any technical difficulties. A link will be provided to members prior to the meeting.

PROGRAM: DEMONSTRATION with BEVERLY BUNKER

Beverly is an accomplished fine artist of 40 years, specifically working with oils for the past 22 years as her painting medium. During the last 2 years she has added real 23K gold leaf into her work. Bev learned how to do gold application in the mid 1980s and was once very well known for the use of this product for many official projects in local, national, and international commissions. She paints florals as her current project series, and in the past has created works that have been narratives, landscapes, figurative and portrait commissions. Bev has also been teaching classes and workshops since the mid 1980’s, and was an artist‐in‐residence for the Whitelands College of Art in London, England in 1993. She lives and paints in St. Albert, and has curated art shows, and juried many art competitions for the past 14 years.
