Description:

Erinn Evans is an encaustics artist based in Sherwood Park, Alberta. She minored in art at the university of Alberta while earning her Bachelor’s Degree in Education. Her artwork often features bold colors and patterns and reflects her love of nature and animals. Painting with encaustics, which is molten beeswax and resin mixed with pigments, allows her to incorporate a variety of materials such as oil pastels, india ink, and decorative papers to create depth and texture. 

Erinn has taught Encaustics workshops for the Paint Spot in Edmonton, the sociate Signature member of the Federation of Canadian Artists and her work is carried by the Art Gallery of Alberta shop. For more information see:
